LONGLIFE BLUE® HIGHThe strongest high tensile fence wire available from Waratah. Larger diameter wire with a high breaking strain, recommended where strength is vital. Suitable for fences with long strains and wider post spacings. Requires correct tensioning to allow the fence to act as a suspension fence. Use in high pressure situations. Use as a top wire in all fences where falling branches, cattle or other large animals pose threats of pressuring or breaking through the fence. TENSILE
JIO® STAR® POSTMade in Australia from Waratah grade specific steel this is the strongest, toughest and most flexible Waratah post ever made. Hot dipped galvanized coating (min 600g/m2) provides the best steel corrosion protection. The innovative oval shaped holes make it suitable for all fencing applications with more attachment options than other Y posts with round holes. More Jio post holes improve wire alignment and attachment. The holes are designed to line up with traditional Y posts with round holes and allow for multiple accesory options like clips, ties and electrics. The Jio is easy and quick to install with a manual post driver. 200 Jio Star posts are sold in ‘quick release’ packs - 20 sub bundles of 10 posts each with handle for easier movement. Available in 135cm, 150cm, 165cm, 180cm, 210cm, 225cm and 240cm lengths.
BLUE LATCH™ STAR® POSMade in Australia from Australian steel and tested for Australian conditions, these posts provide reliable and consistent performance. They have the strength to withstand higher impact loads, the toughness to resist fracturing under stress and the flexibility to allow restraightening if deformed from significant force. These hot dipped galvanized coated posts (min 600g/m2 zinc coverage) in combination with the Waratah Longlife Blue® spring wire latches elimilates the possibility of dissimilar metals corrosion. The coated latches provide maximum corrosion protection when in contact with the fence wire, and no sharp edges which can damage the fence wire coating. The spring latch design keeps the latch closed and the fence wire securely attached. The top of each Blue Latch Star® Post has been designed with a barb slot, ensuring fence design flexability and solves the problem of latch crushing during post driving. The post has 5 slots to suit 3, 4 and 5 barbed wire and plain wire fence configurations and comes with hole spacings to suit attachment of 90cm prefabricated fence. This unique design allows for quicker installation of the fence with a manual post driver and with minimal use of tie wire and clip. Just position the fence wire into the latch. Available in 165cm and 180cm lengths.T
LONGLIFE BLUE® NETTINThe netting pattern is produced in reverse twist to better absorb impact. Two ply selvedge wire is used to give the netting added strength. Available in small mesh spacing (3cm) for tighter exclusion applications to prevent small animals such as baby rabbits getting through the fence. The 1.4mm wire is well suited for lighter pressure applications. For heavy use, high pressure applications in more corrosive environments the 1.8mm wire is optimal. Netting range is designed for a wide variety of applications. Ideal to exclude vermin and feral animals as well as controlling domesticated stock such as horses and camelids. Use as an apron on fences. Lay flat on the ground or buried in a trench as an added barrier againstburrowing animals such as wild dogs, foxes, rabbits, wallabies and wombats. Usefor infills on timber post and rail fences90cm and 105cm wide netting.G
Wire tie-off made easy! Housing is die-cast zinc for superior corrosion protection. A great alternative to tying off wire around strainer posts without the need for knots, saving both time and labour. Can be used at either end of the fence line to tie-off wire. Allows consistent replication and is up to 5 times faster than a manual tie-off. Ideal for use on prefabricated fencing (except netting) and plain wire. Recommended for use on round posts.
Join and tension in one The patented ceramic locking mechanism delivers a strong grip, taking higher loads and providing superior corrosion resistance – recommended to prolong the life of your Longlife® Blue colour® wire. Includes integrated adjustable torque setting on the handle. Once the pre-set wire tension is reached – the tool dis-engages to prevent overstraining and potential wire damage. Stainless steel springs provide excellent corrosion resistance. Long lasting and can be re-used. Save time and effort when joining wires, tensioning or terminating wire at a strainer post. Simply push wires through the Gripple in each direction and the one-way grip firmly holds each wire. No more bending, twisting and tying wires. To tension both wires, use the Gripple Plus tensioning tool or Gripple contractor tensioning tool.
Economical and easy to use. Longlife Blue® coating for maximum corrosion protection. Simply feed through the post hole and twist clip around the wire. Special fastening tool supplied in every bag of 300 clips for ease of use. Effectively secure fence wires to posts. Compatible for use with Longlife Blue® fence wire.
The hinged joint is suited for long strains and will permanently but flexibly secure the picket wires to the line wires allowing erection over rolling landscape and through gullies. Features 2.80mm high tensile top and bottom line wires for added strength, creating less need for selvedge wires, saving time and money. Advanced hinged joint construction acts as a suspension system, flexing with stock pressures and then rebounding back into shape. Designed to resist higher stock pressures and can cover most grazier requirements, from secure boundary fencing to sub-divisions into cell paddocks or laneway systems.
LONGLIFE BLUE® IOWA Made from 2.50mm soft/low tensile wire in a continuous twist pattern. Greater fire resistance than high tensile wires making it more effective in fire prone areas. Easier to handle along the fence line than high tensile wire. Continuous twist pattern locks the barbs in place to avoid any movement with stock pressure. Consistent and closer barb spacing means more barbs for maximum stock pressure and security. No join in the wire coil provides consistent strength along the length of the reel. Used as a sight or bottom wire helps cope with added pressure from prime lambs and feral animals.BARBED WIRE
